The sales team are responsible for the full sales cycle from planning through to closing the sale and ensuring long term account development. The particular focus is on developing business with new customers and sectors.
As well as commercial and analytical skills we are looking for clear demonstration of excellent interpersonal and communication skills including, relationship development, listening, influencing, persuading and negotiating.
We are looking for a trainee ideally with some exposure to b2b sales. The trainee role might suit an upcoming or recent graduate.
Benefits include base salary including car allowance plus uncapped sales bonus – total on target earnings up to £45,000pa depending on experience and capabilities. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm.
